While the Kızılcık Şerbeti (Cranberry Sherbet) series continues to meet with the audience on Show TV, it is towards the end of the first season. The story told in the series, which had a very successful season, had a great social impact.
The communication of two different conservative and secular families, which started through a marriage, and the point reached, also coincide with the realities of Turkey. That’s why the Kızılcık Şerbeti series continues to attract great attention.
Müjde Uzman plays the character of Alev, who has a secular life in the story of the series. As the daughter of a conservative family, we see Ceren Yalazoğlu in the character of Nursema. At the beginning of the story of the series, Alev and Nursema were two characters who did not like each other very much and even saw them as enemies. However, over time they realized that they had a lot in common and became very good friends with each other.
The relationship between Alev and Nursema, which started with this conflict but later developed with their understanding of each other and now turned into friendship, is an important example of how people with different lifestyles can meet with the same values in the social sense.

Speaking about her success in the character of Alev, Müjde Uzman once again revealed the importance of the series with the following thought:
“There are so many topics that actually; both women’s solidarity and how wrong prejudices are and things that need to be broken, as well as empathy, friendship and love. It is very nice to be able to reflect such beautiful feelings with one subject, two people or three people in a series. I believe that we also said very good things through our relationship. It is also very enjoyable while playing.”
The solidarity and friendship displayed by the characters of Alev and Ceren have a great meaning for the audience as well. Even though they grew up in different places and were brought up with different values, they show very well that people can share certain values.
