Seksenler, which started to meet with the audience again in 2019 on TRT1 screens, is progressing with a daily production format. The series, which was broadcast five days a week in 2019 and 2020, was presented to the audience in a weekly format as 13 episodes in the summer of 2021.
Those who missed the series Seksenler so much, went back to the screen with the effect of broadcasting it on prime-time in the summer. Playing the role of savior on TRT1 in the summer months and appealing to a wide audience, Seksenler returned to its daily production format in September.
The ratings of the series, which remain on the screen from 16.30 to 19.00 for five days a week, are not good. It was seen that the series regressed to 42nd place in all people in the final of the week, which was broadcast on Friday. The series, which was 26th in the EU, finished the day in 32nd place in ABC1 group.
Following the death of Rasim Öztekin, who played the character of Fehmi in March, Kemal Kuruçay, whom we watched as Seyfi, passed away on October 22, 2021. With the death of two famous names, the team of the series also experienced great pain in 2021.
With the low ratings, the Seksenler team continues to experience a troubled period.
