GENERAL IMPRESSION:

Aşk Kapıyı Çalınca, the series mainly focuses on the stories of intersecting paths in life, interesting coincidences, lovers trying to overcome obstacles, falling in love while escaping from love, and witnessing the surprising miracles of life. The series, which made an ambitious entrance to the screens in 2007 when it was published, did not see the expected interest, and the screen adventure was short-lived.

STORY:

Emre (Burak Kut) is the youngest son of a wealthy family engaged in home textiles. He has a great love with Ela (İpek Erdem), a beautician. Emre’s older brother Murat (Burak Davutoğlu), who took over the business after his father’s death, sees his brother’s love as a temporary whim. Their mother, Nilgün (Bahar Öztan), is completely against this relationship due to economic and class differences.

Intolerant of injustice, brave and stubborn Duygu (Aslı Yılmaz) decides to hold this family accountable, which upsets Ela, whom she sees as her sister. She almost raids Murat’s room in the company. The fight that flared up between Duygu and Murat is actually the first spark of a love, even if they are not aware of it.

While Emre and Ela love each other very much, they live the happiness of love to the fullest. While everything is going well with the magic of love, they encounter an obstacle they never considered: Emre’s mother Nilgün. Nilgün, who thinks that the daughter of a middle class family like Ela does not suit their wealthy family, does her best to separate the two lovers. Murat also thinks that his brother Emre is playing a temporary love game with Ela. However, when he sees that there is an unbreakable bond between the two lovers, he changes sides over time. Murat, who is on the side of love, is not aware of his own feelings, just like Duygu.
