Famous actor Ozan Akbaba reached a large fan base with the series Eşkıya Dünyaya Hükümdar Olmaz, which lasted for 6 seasons. Known for his cinema works, the actor also became a phenomenon with the character of İlyas Çakırbeyli in the series.
After the crisis between ATV and producer BVB, the seventh season of Eşkıya Dünyaya Hükümdar Olmaz ended before it even started. However, producer Bahadır Özdener made an agreement with BluTV and attempted to resurrect the story with two projects, one for a feature film and the other for a series.
The unreleased 200th episode of Eşkıya Dünyaya Hükümdar Olmaz has been planned to be a feature film called The Son Efsane, and then a new TV series called Yeraltı, starring Ozan Akbaba, has emerged. This development, which made the fans of the series very happy on social media, apparently disturbed the ATV a lot.
Journalist Birsen Altuntaş announced that ATV is preparing to file a lawsuit worth 165 million liras. With the emergence of this lawsuit, it was revealed that BluTV withdrew from its agreement with BVB Production.
It turned out that the Yeraltı series, in which Ozan Akbaba will take the lead role and which is expected to be the continuation of Eşkıya Dünyaya Hükümdar Olmaz, has come to a dead end in this process.
It is stated that BluTV’s distant approach to Ozan Akbaba’s new series was due to the possibility of ATV to initiate a lawsuit.
