The actor, who stayed in Italy for a while for the shooting of Cahil Periler, returned to Turkey after the shooting in Italy was over and took part in the shooting of the last episode of the series in Istanbul. Actress Serra Yılmaz, who starred in the movie Cahil Periler and also in the TV series 20 years ago, said in an interview she gave recently; “At first, I was skeptical of the idea of turning a cult movie into a TV series. On set, that feeling completely disappeared. All the movies we made with Ferzan were enjoyable, but some were more enjoyable. There is a great enthusiasm, a great youth, maybe a little carefree in Cahil Periler,” he said.
