Kanal D’s new series Dönence, produced by D Media and directed by Serdar Gözelekli, is counting the days to meet the audience. Dönence, which has already attracted the attention of the audience with its introductions on the screen, will be in front of the audience with its first episode on Tuesday, July 4th.
Sümeyye Aydoğan and Caner Topçu, the leading actors of Dönence, which hosts young talents as well as master actors, made very special statements about the series and its characters.
Sümeyye Aydoğan, who gave life to the character of Gece in the series and mentioned that they were a very nice family on the set, expressed her feelings with these words:
“I think Dönence is a story that will open a very good door in our society. Because when I put myself in Gece’s place, I was very excited to feel her stuck. Bringing such a character to life is really exciting. It is also exciting that my father is played by Emre Kınay and my mother is Didem İnselel, because they are very experienced actors… We have become a very nice family, I am happy for myself.”
Mentioning that Dönence has a different place in his career, Caner Topçu said, “Dönence is my 6th job and I felt an impact that I have never felt in my life, Dönence is a very sweet series and I hope the audience will like it too. We had played together with Sümeyye in a project before and I really wanted to play again. We wanted so much, the universe accepted.”
