The shooting of the series, which was prepared for a long time, started last month. It was revealed the other day that the series directed by Doğan Ümit Karaca also switched to the open sea scenes. Engin Altan Düzyatan, who will give life to the character of Oruç Reis in the series Barbaroslar, which is being shot in Marmaris and Antalya, also had an intense preparation period.
Engin Altan Düzyatan, who appeared on the screen with a 6-episode production called Kurşun, after his success for 5 seasons in the Diriliş Ertuğrul series, was expected for a long time with the Barbaroslar series. The actor, which his fans have been waiting for with curiosity and excitement, announced the broadcast date of the TRT1 series.
Stating that the series will start in September, Engin Altan Düzyatan said, “We have started working. We continue. In any case, in September… The channel will make a clearer statement, or the producer,” he said.
The actor, who was seen with his wife Neslişah Alkoçlar and talked about the series, said, “We read a lot of books. I did a lot of research on the period,” he said, adding that he was working hard for the project.
Evaluating the intense interest in historical TV series, the actor said, “I got another job, I tried something else. There’s a lot of stuff like this these days. So are we, when you get a job, those jobs will come back. I really enjoy playing roles like this right now,” he said.
