Evidence (Kanıt) is a detective and action Turkish television series produced by ANS, directed by Cem Sürücü and Biray Dalkıran, and written by Selin Atasoy and the script by Ahmet Saatçioğlu.
Evidence series, which was created by using Sevil Atasoy’s experiences and which Atasoy took place in a guiding way in the stories, attracted great attention among a wide audience. Engin Benli, Deniz Celiloğlu, Seben Koçibey, Ece Güzel took part in the leading roles of the series. The series of evidence remained on the screen for a total of 100 episodes in 3 seasons.

OVERALL IMPRESSION:
Prof. Dr. Sevil Atasoy was the concept consultant, and the Evidence series achieved great success despite its low budget. Breaking new ground in the history of Turkish television, the series offers a different excitement to the viewers on the one hand, and on the other hand, Prof.Dr. Sevil Atasoy aimed to educate, teach and entertain the audience with an application (scientific explanations between series) that has not been performed in TV series until today with the very special information she gave between the series. The Evidence series broadcast on Kanal D, among the big-budget series, progressed to the top of the list with its ratings, and it made the channel smile. Although it aired close to midnight on Mondays, it pushed the first places. Even the viewers were upset that the series made the final decision. Evidence made its final with its 100th episode.
STORY:
At the Istanbul Police Department’s murder desk, Chief Superintendent Orhan and Commissioner Selim are trying to solve another murder every week. Gamze, who evaluates the evidence they found in the Criminal Laboratory, and Doctor Ece, who autopsies the bodies in Forensic Medicine, are helping to solve the murders. Techniques that help solve the murders and their historical development, Prof. Dr. Sevil Atasoy is telling.
From the 36th chapter, Commissioner Ayça, who came from İzmir Police Department, joined the couple. But in episode 49 she was shot and killed. Later, the criminal laboratory officer, who is also the fiancee of the commissioner Selim, goes to America for training. Bahar comes as a laboratory assistant after Zeynep. But she does not stay long, she is appointed after a short time and Gamze takes her place. Finally, in the 97th episode of the series, Commissioner Yaman Kara joins the homicide desk team.
CHARACTERS:
Actor (Character)
Prof. Dr. Sevil Atasoy (Sevil Atasoy) is a narrator outside of the event. During the series, it interrupts the flow of the event and informs the audience about the event and other related issues. After the drama ends, it closes and always has the last word ‘Remember; the perfect murder is “nonexistent.”
Engin Benli (Orhan Özdemir) is the head of the homicide desk. He solves the murders with his assistant Selim.
Deniz Celiloğlu (Selim Dağdelen) is a commissioner on duty at the murder table and deputy of Chief Superintendent Orhan. He likes Zeynep, who works in the criminal. While Mahir’s men were in an armed attack, Ayça jumped in front of the bullets coming to Selim and saved her, but Ayça lost her life. Selim learns that Mahir will escape by boat through a mole. The cops organize an operation to capture Mahir. Selim wounds Mahir, but when Mahir draws a gun on Selim, Selim shoots him. Since Mahir’s gun was not found at the scene, Selim was suspended from duty on charges of shooting an unarmed man, but returned to his duty when his innocence was discovered. After his fiancee Zeynep went to America for her education, he started communicating with her on the phone, but later him relationship with her ended.
Seben Koçibey (Ayça Bayraktar) is a Commissioner. She came from the Izmir Police Department to help a series of murders that started in Izmir and continued in Istanbul. After solving the murder, she returned to Izmir, but was later appointed and stayed in Istanbul and joined Orhan’s team. In the armed attack organized by Mahir’s men, she prevented the bullets that came to Selim and saved Selim’s life and she was taken to the hospital while injured. She died in the hospital where she was taken.
Sera Tokdemir (Zeynep) is a criminal laboratory officer. She has a relationship with Selim. She continued to talk to Selim on the phone after she went to the United States for training, but later stopped communicating with Selim.
Ece Güzel (Ece) is a doctor in charge of autopsy in forensic medicine. She is kidnapped in the middle of the street by unclear people. She is rescued by an operation organized by Captain Orhan and her team.

Şule Zeytinci (Bahar) criminal laboratory officer appointed to replace Zeynep.
Emre Özmen (Emre) IT specialist.
Kubilay Güleçoğlu (Kubilay) Crime scene investigation officer. He replaced Murat.
Tolga Karel (Yaman) is a commissioner who later joined Superintendent Orhan’s team. He is talking to someone who is unknown on the phone.
İnci Demirkaya (Gamze Karaca) is a criminal laboratory officer assigned to replace Bahar.
Ejder Murat Namlı (Ejder) works in Crime Scene Investigation Team. He was appointed to replace Kubilay. He works alongside Superintendent Orhan and Selim.
GENERIC:
The music of the Evidence series belongs to Cenk Şanlıoğlu. The generic music of the series, in which a different murder is illuminated in each episode, is also remarkable.
