Famous actress Aslıhan Güner announced that she attaches great importance to the new movie in which she plays Zübeyde, the mother of Atatürk, the founder of the Turkish Republic.
The shooting of the movie starring Alican Yücesoy as Atatürk has been completed. The film, which is in the editing phase, is expected to be released in the week of October 29. The shooting of the film took place in Bergama, İzmir.
Aslıhan Güner, who plays Zübeyde, said, “It is a project for me that I am very excited about. Great pride, great excitement. Changing and transforming is very precious to me, that’s why I act as an actor. On this occasion, playing the whole life of Atatürk’s mother between the ages of 20 and 70 is an incredible cause of gratitude. I am very happy, very proud,” she said.
The famous actress, who invited everyone to the movie theaters on October 29, advised the audience to think of this movie as a history lesson and especially to have their children watch it.
Aslıhan Güner said, “I think it is a period of history that children should learn. I’m waiting for everyone to the cinema,” she said.
İlber Tekinsoy wrote the screenplay of the movie named Zübeyde, in which actors such as Emre Kınay, Devrim Nas and Sitare Akbaş also took part.
