Whatever Cem Yılmaz, one of the funniest actors in Turkey, does, it becomes an event. The famous actor, who is still working on the Erşan Kuneri series he shot for Netflix, started preparations for his new project.
Cem Yılmaz, G.O.R.A. and Arif V 216, the series he shot based on the phenomenon character Erşan Kuneri, has come a long way. The series, which will consist of eight episodes, features master names such as Ezgi Mola, Necip Memili, Uraz Kaygılaroğlu, Nilperi Şahinkaya, Zafer Algöz, Bülent Şakrak and Çağlar Çorumlu.
There will be different stories in each episode of the series, which will focus on Erşan Kuneri’s experiences in the late 1970s and early 1980s. Erşan Kuneri is scheduled to air in 2022.
While Erşan Kuneri continues to shoot, Cem Yılmaz has already rolled up his sleeves for his new project. The master actor started working on the new KaraKomik Filmler, which he had previously shot as four separate films.
Karakomik Films is a series of two mid-length films by Cem Yılmaz, with the concept of two films at once, named 2 Arada and Kaçamak. In the movie 2 Arada, actors such as Cem Yılmaz, Zafer Algöz, Ozan Güven, Cem Davran, Cemre Ebuzziya and Uraz Kaygılaroğlu took part, while in the movie Kaçamak, together with Cem Yılmaz and Zafer Algöz, actors such as Özkan Uğur, Necip Memili, Nilperi Şahinkaya took part.
The Karakomik Filmler series, produced by Cem Yılmaz, was released in cinemas in 2020 and then on Netflix.
