Hande Erçel (born November 24, 1993) is Turkish television actress and model. She is known for portraying as Selin Yilmaz in Sunshine Girls and as Hayat Üzün in Love Does Not Listen To Reason opposite Burak Deniz.

She entered the entertainment industry after winning the Miss Civilization of the World title in the year 2012.

Modelling made her a popular name in show biz and soon she was offered the role of Zahide in the show Çalikușu. In 2014, she played Meryem in Crazy Classroom and Selen in Tree of Life.

Her first major role was in the 2015 series Sunshine Girls on Kanal D channel, where she played one of the female protagonists opposite Turkish model and actor Tolga Saritas. The series went on till March 2016 and aired its finale with the 39th episode.

In May 2016, Hande began shooting for her next series, popular romantic comedy show Love Does Not Listen To Reason on Show TV, where she played Life Long, opposite Turkish actor Burak Deniz. The series aired its pilot on the 15th of June and was received well by the audience. The show garnered Hande global recognition as the series and her pairing with Burak Deniz went on to become a hit not just in Turkey but overseas especially in India and Pakistan. This show became very popular worldwide. The series aired its finale on the 19th of February, 2017, with 31 episodes. Hande is the brand ambassador of a list of popular brands, including L’Oreal Paris Turkey.

Apart from acting, Hande also has a degree in fine arts and wishes to pursue arts further. In her recent interview she was also quoted saying she would like to pursue her higher studies from the U.S. and if in Hollywood, she would love to work with Ryan Gosling and Leonardo DiCaprio. Hande has an older sister Gamze Ercel, who too is a part of the entertainment industry and has a degree in fine arts. Both sisters often do workshops for their artworks.
