Üç Kız Kardeş series, adapted from İclal Aydın’s novel of the same name, is getting ready to be screened on Kanal D very soon. The shooting of the series, produced by Süreç Film, continues in Ayvalık’s Cunda Island.
Cunda Island has an important place in İclal Aydın’s life. The successful actress believes that the island brings her good luck. Making a statement about his new TV series, İclal Aydın stated that he started to write all of his books here because he believed in the good luck of Cunda Island. Aydin said:
“I believe in the luck of Ayvalık and Cunda. Cunda loves me but I love her more. Tears of happiness are pouring out of my eyes while watching the scenes that were shot now. I get the reward for the things I once said no to when those dreams that I protect according to my own strength and opinion come true.”
İclal Aydın also shared a very important detail about the new series. She stated that she started Üç Kız Kardeş as a series script, but later changed her mind and turned it into a novel. Aydın added that she is very pleased with this decision.
While it is stated that the series, which is in the preparation phase, will come to the screen very soon, the date and day of its publication have not been announced yet. Üç Kız Kardeş series will be about the changes in the lives of the parents, who lead a quiet life in Ayvalık, with their three daughters. The events that happened to the girls when they were thrown into life will deeply affect the audience.
Özgü Kaya, Almila Ada and Melisa Berberoğlu will portray the three sisters in the series. İclal Aydın will give life to the girls’ mother, Nesrin Hanım, and Reha Özcan, their father, Sadık Bey.
