İsmail Ege Şaşmaz, who plays the leading role in the Fox TV series El Kızı, got married to Hande Ünal in Manisa last month. The actor also took his place in the team of the TV series El Kızı, which was shot in Muğla.
The actor, who gave a very successful performance in the TV series Uyanış Büyük Selçuklu last season, said that the wedding was very good. The actor explained that they gave up on the second wedding they were considering in Istanbul because of the forest fires and the intense set.
İsmail Ege Şaşmaz, who is involved in the social responsibility project for stray animals, is also in the cast of the digital series Saklı. The actor, who shares the lead role with Sevda Erginci in the El Kızı series to be broadcast on Fox TV in the new season, is having a busy period.
Explaining that they couldn’t have a honeymoon, İsmail Ege Şaşmaz said, “I’m going for the El Kızı shoot. I don’t have time to work. I worked for 40 days without sleep. We can have a sweeter holiday next year. We cannot leave our country because of the pandemic. We will wait for a better, more beautiful honeymoon.”
Hande Ünsal said that her husband will visit the set during the shooting.
