There is an exciting wait before the first episode of the Aziz series, which will be broadcast on Show TV screens on Friday evenings… The series, starring Murat Yıldırım, Damla Sönmez and Simay Barlas, will take the audience to the year 1930.
It took exactly 3 months to create the decors and set environment in the series, which was shot in Antakya. 264 people prepared the plateau of the series with intense work… Materials such as iron, timber, paint were used extensively and an attempt was made to reveal the Turkey of the 1930s.
Produced by Saner Ayar, project consultant Zeynep Günay Tan, the season’s assertive series “Aziz” will meet with the audience on Friday, November 5 (tomorrow). The series, which has few hours left for its broadcast, also makes a name for itself with its powerful production.
The work carried out to take the on-screen people to Antakya of the 1930s, where the story takes place, also revealed the quality and power of the production.
In addition to the art and decor team, 264 people took part in the construction of the square, houses and streets of the period.
The accessories and costumes of the set, in which 817 tons of iron, 400 m3 of timber, and 1000 LT paint were used, were also specially designed. While many of the objects used were produced from scratch, more than 200 outfits were designed.
Aziz, whose research and preliminary preparation process took 6 months, will be talked about a lot with its realistic atmosphere as well as its impressive story.
