With the release of the series Immortals, criticism has increased and heavy comments have been made. Kerem Bürsin was one of the actors in this project. Birkan Sokullu, Elçin Sangu and Selma Ergenç were other leading actors in the series.
Kerem Bürsin gave life to the character named Dmitry in the series, which was shot in 8 episodes of 45 minutes each. The actor answered the questions of director Bora Talat Oyacı about the series in the Screenplay Talks program published on youtube.
Expressing that this is a risky project, Kerem Bürsin stated that this business came to him as an actor and he was very excited.
“I love vampire dramas, movies, and mythology. It was nothing far from me,” said the actor.
Kerem Bürsin, who stated that he believed that an enormous project could come out first, did not evaluate the project as good or bad. Explaining his motivation at that time, the actor said:
“This kind of work should be done. If it is bad, it should be done better. If we do not try, then you do not know what to do and what is missing. I do not want to return in the same wheel. Risk is risk, I am ready to take that risk. If it is coded as failure, it is taken in every failure. there is a success. It is also experience. These are very important things. ”
Kerem Bürsin explained that she had a lot of fun while shooting the series and that Dimtry was one of the most entertaining characters.
