OVERALL IMPRESSION:
Let’s Go series is a production that includes both drama and comedy elements. The series, which has been going on for 4 seasons, is about the events that developed when Mustafa Ali, who was very rich in Istanbul, had to return to his village with his socialite wife and a news from his village life after the bankruptcy. However, the final decision of the series due to the falling ratings in Season 4 upset the audience. Let’s Go will say goodbye to the screen in Episode 135.
STORY:
Mustafa Ali came to Istanbul at a young age and became very rich. Despite the opposition of his family, he married a socialite beauty from Istanbul, leaving her parents’ prospective bride, Meryem, in tears. After that, Mustafa Ali neglected his family and the village where he was born and raised while he was growing his business enough to establish a factory and walking firmly on the path to wealth, he could not create time to go to his hometown. Let his family in the village stay close to Mustafa Ali’s misbehavior, as the children grew up over the years, Mustafa Ali’s company grew, but wrong decisions accelerated the collapse of Mustafa Ali. Mustafa Ali, who eventually had to fly the flag of bankruptcy, cannot explain this situation to his luxurious wife Nurcan, to his Playboy wannabe son Canberk, who did not even score for a private university, or to Duru, his daughter who grew up in cotton. Mustafa Ali takes his way to the village as he gathered his family on the excuse of going on vacation, due to the necessity caused by desperation.
Whatever is in one’s own hometown. Mustafa Ali missed his ancestor, mother, brothers, and land. Most of all, Mümine’s grandmother. However, the people of the farm cannot understand Mustafa Ali’s sudden arrival. Although Hacı Hüseyin is deeply happy that his son returns to the village, his brother Seyfettin disagrees with his father. Mustafa Ali left the house years ago, without even looking back. Seyfettin served his father all these years. According to him, Mustafa Ali has no right to property. Even though Mustafa Ali tries to hide his bankruptcy so that he will not go bankrupt after years and return to the village without a penny, news of bankruptcy falls on the farm like a bomb. Nurcan and the children learn that there is no going back and that they will live on the farm from now on. His father, Hacı Hüseyin, is determined to teach his son what he knows right from the beginning, regardless of his age.
Is the arrival of Mustafa Ali heard in the village but not Meryem? Saying Mustafa Ali, who left herself in a wedding dress years ago, has finally returned home. Meryem is now the lady of the village and Mustafa Ali has to draw from Meryem.
As time passes, Mustafa Ali, his wife Nurcan and their children will begin to love and get used to the village, which they say will never live here. They will taste the warmth of the love of grandfather and grandmother, the peace of being in touch with nature, they will see the sprouting of the land they plow by working together, they will learn by living that love and friendship cannot be bought with money.
