Young actress Hafsanur Sancaktutan has become a name that draws attention with her effective performances in the projects she has been involved in recently. The actress plays the character of Sinem in the 9-episode series Dünyayla Benim Aramda (Between the World and Me), which recently met with the audience on Disney Plus.
Demet Özdemir, Buğra Gülsoy and Metin Akdülger, together with the young actress in the lead role, has a very different feeling in her new role in the new series. The character of Sinem is a part of the game İlkin plays for her lover Tolga.
However, she also has expectations and desires from this life, and she is uncomfortable that no one cares about her feelings. The actress, who admitted that she lived in her own life similar to the situation that Sinem’s character experienced at the point of the love game, surprised everyone once again.
Speaking to the program called Kamera Arkası, Hafsanur Sancaktutan knows that what the character of İlkin, played by Demet Özdemir, is doing is a risky thing, but she explained that she had a similar situation in her own life with the following words:
“I had such a period in my adolescence. I was exactly the first for a period. I experienced exactly the situation İlkin went through. Spoiler again, I can’t say that love makes people do everything, but one needs to test whether I still have control, does she still love me, is it like the first day. I did it once, I was 15 years old.”
At the age of 15, Hafsanur Sancaktutan asked a friend to speak for her, as in the scenario of the same series, to test the person she loved. The actress described what happened in these words:
“Exactly the same thing. I asked a friend of mine to open a fake account and speak for me. Then the girl fell in love, and of course, although I was not as much as İlkin, I also resorted to her ways a little.”
Hafsanur Sancaktutan explained that she talked to screenwriter Pınar Bulut and her co-star Demet Özdemir about her experiences.
The actress said that she told them that she had an experience like İlkin for a while and that she understood the character of İlkin very well.
