Talented actress Özge Borak has determined her next project from the TV series Menajerimi Ara. Borak will take a role in a period series called Akif, which will be shot for TRT O.
Özge Borak, who joined the Menajerimi Ara project after Canan Ergüder left due to her illness, appeared before us with the character of Ceyda. After making the final, Menajerimi Ara, the famous actress, shook hands for a movie. The shooting of the movie Kum Zambağı, for which Mehmet Demir Yılmaz will both write and direct, will be shot in Adana in September.
In the meantime, Özge Borak also made a series agreement. According to journalist Birsen Altuntaş, Borak will take a role in the TV series Akif, which will be shot for TRTO. The script of the series belongs to Uğur Uzunok, who signed the scripts of Kurtlar Vadisi Pusu, Ben Onu Çok Sevdim, Direniş Karatay ve Payitaht Abdülhamid.
The shooting of the project prepared for TRT’s new digital platform, TRT O, is expected to begin in September. Preparations for the series have already begun. Young actress Gökçe Akyıldız, whom we watched with the character of Songül in the latest Kırgın Çiçekler series, will also take a role in the series.
Selahattin Sancaklı sits in the director’s chair of the series. Akif series, which will last 13 episodes in total, will come with 40-minute episodes. Filming is scheduled to be completed in 6-7 weeks in a single run.
Uğur Uzunok will be in the tagline of the Akif series, both as a screenwriter and producer.
