Actor Saruhan Hünel, who was born in Istanbul in 1970, was not on the screen for a while after the character of Alişar in the TV series Kuruluş Osman. The actor explained that he is in talks and is on hold for some projects.
The actor, who played a role in television series as well as movies, was very popular with the character of Tilki Ekrem in the TV series Aynalı Tahir, which was broadcast between 1998 and 2001. The actor, who also successfully took part in the TV series Kaybolan Yıllar, Araf Zamanı and Karagül, took part in the cast of ATV’s Kuruluş Osman series in the last 2019-2020 season. The actor, whom we watched with the character of Alişar in the first season of the series, has not appeared in a new project for 2 years.
Saruhan Hünel fans want to see the actor in a new production. The actor, on the other hand, confirmed that he had some conversations. Saruhan Hünel said, “We have two projects that we talked about soon. Let’s see, we’ll wait. This is a waiting period. I don’t have a situation to work with every project. I’m being kind. We think thinly, to do something successful.”
Saruhan Hünel, who has been in television series for many years, stated that digital series projects do not affect their television business. The actor stated that even though they look the same, there are different channels.
Saruhan Hünel said, “There are certain jobs in digital. But we have jobs that depend on ratings on television. If his rating is not good, he can be quickly removed in the second or third episode. Even though we seem to be doing the same job, digital projects have a beginning and an end.”
Explaining that people want to see him in serious roles and that he does not want to accept it if he takes on a different role, Saruhan Hünel told the story of his experience as follows: “I had a job for Fox TV in America. It was short lived. I was supposed to be there in overalls. I got a lot of backlash. It was said, ‘We want to see him in a suit, not in overalls’. There are certain criteria.”
