Preparing ambitious series for the new season, Show TV has recently presented two new series to the audience. However, the rating performance of these two series does not satisfy the channel.
The Yalancı, which is broadcast on Friday nights, is a powerful production. Yalancı, which draws attention with both its story and its cast, was expected to bring good ratings. However, the below-average series struggles against both Kırmızı Oda and Arka Sokaklar. The strong stance of Fox TV’s Aşk Mantık İntikam series, which made a surprise debut, also caused the Yalancı series to fall behind.
Show TV was very hopeful about the Yalancı series starring Salih Bademci and Burçin Terzioğlu. However, the ratings for the first two episodes, which were below expectations, demoralized them… The third episode of the Yalancı series will be published this week and the Friday rating will be eagerly awaited.
Another important series of Show TV, İçimizden Biri, fell short of expectations on Sunday evenings. With the good debut of the Yargı series and the start of Teşkilat, the ratings of İçimizden Biri dropped. The entertaining series starring Özge Yağız and Bora Akkaş, unfortunately, seems difficult to continue with the ratings far below the average.
The channel has two more new series that can be described as bombs. One of them is Aziz. The images from the Aziz series, starring Murat Yıldırım, Damla Sönmez and Simay Barlas, are very impressive. Aziz will be one of the most influential productions of the new season for Show TV, with the strong story that takes you back to the 1930s and the good cast.
Another series will be Üç Kuruş, which brings together Uraz Kaygılaroğlu and Ekin Koç in the lead roles. A release date has not been announced for the Aziz and Üç Kuruş TV series. However, both productions are expected to be the immersive series of the channel in the new season. The performance of İçimizden Biri and Yalancı will determine their fate.
