One of the popular TV series on TRT1 screens is Kıbrıs Zafere Doğru.
The series, in which the suffering of the Turkish Cypriot people in the 1960s was brought to the screen, resulted in the Cyprus Peace Operation on 20 July 1974. The 21 episodes of the TV series, in which the liberation struggle of the Turkish Cypriot people are brought to the screen, are left behind.
After taking a break from the screen for two weeks, the shooting of the series was completed on the set of the series, which met with the audience, and after the release of the remaining episodes, the series will make its finale.
The Kıbrıs Zafere Doğru series was expected to last 31 episodes, but developments show that it could end sooner. The low ratings in the 21st episode of the series also upset everyone. Excitement is high in the liberation struggle of the Turkish people in Cyprus. The actors impress with their performances. However, the fact that the incoming ratings have dropped considerably also demoralizes them.
It is a matter of discussion that the series, which received very good ratings in terms of TRT1, when it first started, suffered a serious loss of interest towards the end. Why couldn’t such a great effort and such a strong story attract more audience attention on the screen, why didn’t TRT1 make an intense promotional effort? These are the questions being asked.
The series, which was seventeenth in all people with its 21st episode, finished the day eleventh in AB group and twelfth in ABC1.
In the 22nd episode, which will be broadcast on Friday, January 21, you will find scenes where excitement and action will be high.
