There is an intense interest in TV series projects in which poverty and the great problems experienced in this process are revealed in TV series broadcast in Turkey. Especially when it comes to children, such projects attract a lot of attention, mostly female TV series fans. Here, the new series called Ateş Kuşları (Firebirds), which will be published soon by ATV, will also reveal this theme.
In the first trailer of the series, there were images that were so open to emotional exploitation that this was the reason why it had great repercussions on social media. Imagine that a baby just 40 days old is abandoned by its mother and thrown into the trash can. Then the street children find this baby and name him Ali and adopt him.
The Ateş Kuşları series, which will bring the rebellion of street children against fate to the screen, showed an image that would go down to the bottom of the drama. This draws the attention of a very large audience to the story, who like this type of series.
Most street children do not reach the age of twenty. It cannot be said that those who saw it lived. Drugs, violence, sexual harassment, hunger… The fate of street children is either prison or grave.
Five of these children manage to resist this fate. The Ateş Kuşları call themselves ‘Rootless’; the oldest is 13, the youngest is 6 years old, one is a girl, one is autistic, and tells how five street children find a forty-day old baby in a garbage dump and turn into “Ateş Kuşları”; It will cover the stories of hardship, pain, and against fate against all odds.
Benal Tairi will direct the series, which was produced by Mehmet Bozdağ. Ayşe Ferda Eryılmaz and Nehir Erdem wrote the project design and script.
İlayda Alişan, Hande Soral and Görkem Sevindik play the leading roles in “Ateş Kuşları”. The highly anticipated ‘Ateş Kuşları’ series will soon meet the audience on the ATV screen.
