Diriliş Ertuğrul is a Turkish television series broadcast on TRT 1. Produced by Tekden Film, written by Mehmet Bozdağ, directed by Metin Günay, and starring Engin Altan Düzyatan, Hülya Darcan and Esra Bilgiç, the first episode of the series was broadcast on December 10, 2014. Following the release of the first episode, it ranked first in the AB group rating on the day it was aired. In addition, the series received the award for best TV series of 2015.
