LIFE AS IT IS

Professor Veysel owns a private, non-profit hospital in Istanbul. While he is having difficulty with the debts of the hospital, some of the doctors resign. As a person who has dedicated his entire life to his patients, he cannot stand the idea of losing his hospital. Therefore, Veysel decides to create a team to save the hospital. Her daughter Yelda, who is his only heir and is a doctor like him, brings a group of doctors whom she has known from the medical faculty she studied in and were also students of Veysel. Five doctors, gathered together from different parts of Turkey, have different characters. However, they share a common idea. All of them fail taking care of their own problems, despite being a remedy for many others. In time, the hospital is not their workplace anymore, but instead it becomes their home, shelter. They become indispensable not only for the patients they treat but also for each other.
