While the Alparslan series on TRT1 continues to dominate the Monday competition, it seems that the Ömer series is having a good break on the Star TV screen. The diversity of the story of the Ömer series, the 8th episode of which was broadcast, attracts many viewers to this project and the ratings are increasing. It is understood from the ratings that especially educated viewers are more interested in the series.

The Veda Mektubu (Farewell Letter) series, which was broadcast on the Kanal D screen, was also surprised by the low ratings in the first two episodes. The status of the series, starring important names such as Nurgül Yeşilçay, Selim Bayraktar, Bennu Yıldırımlar, Emre Kıvılcım and Rabia Soytürk, is being questioned. However, with the third episode broadcast on the evening of March 13, there was an increase in the ratings. This boost in morale for the show crew shows that audience interest will rise as the story unfolds.

The ratings, which were only circulating at triple rates, were at double rates last week and it seems that there has been a very serious increase in interest. This increase does not yet indicate a level that will allow the series to remain on the air. Higher ratings are a must.

However, in the Monday competition, the Yasak Elma (Forbidden Apple) series is not that strong anymore. Even though the ratings are above the average, it cannot appeal to a large audience as before 2023.

Again, the ratings of the TV series Bir Küçük Gün Işığı (A Little Sunhshine), which was broadcast on ATV on Monday evenings and influenced millions with its drama story since the beginning of the season, are not at very good levels. In such an environment, it seems that after the Alparslan and Ömer TV series, suitable conditions are formed for the Veda Mektubu.

If the promotional activities are accelerated so that Kanal D’s new series reaches a wider audience, it is likely that the ratings will continue to increase.

In an environment where Alparslan and Ömer TV series stand out in the Monday competition, Veda Mektubu can gain a strong position for itself. However, this does not seem to be easy to achieve.

Emre Kıvılcım, who played the character of Mehmet Karlı in the story of the series, said that the project was very important to him and that he wanted it to last a long time.

It is not known whether this wish of the actor will come true, but the series with such a strong cast would have expected much better ratings.
