There is no guarantee of this. But if you are in a successful television project today, 70-80 million people are watching you. This is a very serious thing. You are a guest at the home of people all over Turkey. It did not happen in Istanbul, but I could not walk on the street in Konya. Although many years have passed, young people still remember the role in the Valley of the Wolves. As such, I believe television is a very powerful factor. The education of theater acting is very different, the education of acting in front of the camera is very different. I see that many of our talented friends do not play theater. My friends, who are idealistic in themselves, are doing something. But since they do not have an audience, they close the curtain even though they do very good things. When we look abroad, there are many beautiful female and male actors. But nobody asks if they have a theater background. In our country, when you do a good job, everyone asks where is your education from. I find this absurd. Adrenaline in the theater is different. The pleasure of feeling the energy of the audience is not on TV. That’s why theater is more valuable. The characters that I play are generally close to each other, cold, aristocratic, always sitting in mansions, enticing characters. That’s why I like theater a little bit. Career Plan: When she does a job for television, she wants to play a character that will make her happy. She prefers projects she can be happy with instead of playing a series to make money. “When it comes to cinema, many different works are done in many different genres. I support young filmmakers very much. It can be the first movie of a director, it doesn’t matter. When I read and believe, if there is a character I want to live with, of course I will accept it.
There is something like this in the series, you look at the script team is very good, you say it will be a very long project, but it happens that it ends in four weeks. Then you read another project, it does not make you feel too hopeless, but it continues for two years. The script director and production company are very important. I don’t really believe that career planning can be done in this country. Because television is a very important tool in our lives. There are works that appeal to popular culture as selective in perception. If you are in those works, you are perceived as successful and on the agenda. You may not want to act in the series, you can only concentrate on the cinema, but I don’t think they understand that much. That’s why I enjoy taking part in the projects that I like on TV, which I like, in accordance with myself, I think that choices are very important in life. ”
