I made money by teaching private math until I became a professional actor.”
Childhood years: He wanted to study at the Faculty of Political Science since his childhood. He was very impressed by the play called “Dead End Street Children”, which his late grandmother took at the age of 13. “I watched the play many times after. An amateur theater group was established in our neighborhood. I took the exams at 13 years old. After I won, I studied theater there. At the beginning of the summer, they give theater training for 3 months. In this respect, it was a lucky amateur theater group. I was the youngest member of the group and I never left the theater afterwards. But I always wanted to study political information. Because I wanted to be prime minister when I was little. I thought there were things I needed to fix. That’s why I took a break from the theater for a year at the end of high school. I prepared for the university exam, I won the university. When I started my faculty, I started studying acting at Şahika Tekand. Then professional acting started. ”
Education life: After graduating from Istanbul University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Public Administration, he studied acting at Şahika Tekand for 2 years. He also worked as an assistant cast director at Pana Film.
The first step to acting: He started his television adventure with the TV series “Valley of the Wolves”
With which project did he shine? He drew attention with his character “Eren Eylül” in the “Valley of the Wolves”.
Mindset: ‘Peace’ is the most important thing in life. “I think” peace “is important for a person to be able to do something. In order to continue life, one needs to be peaceful. That’s why it’s a very important situation for me. We can call it the mentor of my life. Because you write something, you work, you struggle. It is best to do these in a peaceful environment. That’s why it’s worth gold to me. I did not dream of a life. I always dreamed of being peaceful. For this reason, I have no idea about where I am now. I don’t think I’m coming anywhere. I think it’s all one way. ”
What kind of person is he on set? He states that he didn’t do anything too extra while preparing for his role. He cares about the quality of the script. “I always wish the script and the proposed character to be beautiful. For example; Take the İso in the TV series “For Rent”. He was a neighborhood boy and I tried to fit something living into that character. I mean, I tried to keep that character alive in whatever way a neighborhood boy lives in his real life or whatever spirit he is in. ”

View of life: Life philosophy is based on justice and compassion. He tries not to skip and forget these two concepts. “My life philosophy is to be fair. Justice is very important to me, I can say that I am very sensitive about this. I constantly strive to be fair. No matter how much I can achieve. But I keep it in my mind. A point I pay attention to in people. Therefore, I myself constantly judge these points. I’m constantly evaluating. Finding support from evil in life leaves you very helpless. Seeing this is one thing that drops my shoulder. Yes, there is evil in life. Everything exists in the opposite way. But the fact that the evil has many advocates leaves it helpless. My guard is falling in the face of pure evil. ”
His view of business life: Being an actor also made him gain a lot of awareness about life. “Psychology is a field that attracts my attention. I don’t know if it’s acting, but I watch people in life. I like to follow the movements of people around me while traveling on the subway, on the motorbike. Surely there are awareness that I have gained. For me, the process is everything. Being fame and recognition did not change much in my life, I am still the same. ”
Career plan: He wants to continue acting and take part in projects with beautiful scripts, and he also writes a script. “What is important to me is a script, two directors, then caste. But the priority scenario. If the script is good, it seems to me that everything can be fine. The project is not over in my mind. Because I’ve been dreaming for as long as I can remember. But when do I do what? Would i do Can i do it Can’t i do it We will see. I have script work, I am writing a movie. Its name is ‘White Dove’. His story is a bit tragicomic, and there are stories from me too. It will catch up to the nearest time. Also, I have an order for a romantic comedy movie, and I’m dealing with its script. ”
Dream of the Future: He has no passions, he does not like to quarrel about his wishes, but he never stops dreaming. “I always do or try to do things in my mind. My motivation never goes on without interruption in life. There are times when it is interrupted. Sometimes I produce, sometimes I stop. But dreaming never stops. For me, everything goes on with what I want, do and cannot do, so if the things that match these come along, I come and do. Even if he does not come, it is not for me to pull him and continue with his tension. Or I learned that it is not for me. It’s always like this in recent years. I was not a passionate man anyway. I had wishes, but I was not a passionate man. My conflict areas are different. I can’t fight a lot with someone in the field of winning anything. We wrote a movie with Önder (Çakar) brother. Then I adapted Ahmet Ümit’s novel Bab-ı Esrar to a movie. Neither has been filmed yet. But I’m not saying ‘neither of them did, woe woe’. Maybe they never get out of it. But while doing each of them, a lot of things have changed in my life, because the things that being written that movie affects in my life are important. Maybe I didn’t write for a shot. Maybe I was writing that film for the events that happened to me during my writing process. I have expectations from life, but I stopped planning. I’m moving more on the principles and wishes. ”
How did he decide to write a book? He published two books called “En Yakın Arkadaşım Bir Deli” and “En Yakın Arkadaşım Daha Deli Daha Öfkeli” He did not write both of these books by planning, he believes that there are events in his life that make you feel that everything is coming. “There have been situations in my life that triggered every single one of my actions. I also gave direction in this way. Actually his arrival. I did not plan the book either. It overflowed inside me. But the day I finished I felt comfortable. Apart from that, what would anyone think when they read, I did not have any anxiety or excitement while writing. I guess it couldn’t be so unfiltered if I moved. I will write the third book and end this series. ”
Concerns: He has something to do with street creatures. “I want to establish large rehabilitation centers for both humans and animals. Have a place to make those who feel the most unlucky suddenly lucky. I want this.”
Which movie was he affected by? There are many productions he watched and many names he cared about in terms of cinema. “There are directors I follow in cinema that I am curious about. I cannot name an actor or a director because it always changes. I love festival films and European cinema. I like Hollywood movies that are like European cinema. I don’t like populist movies where everything is the same, not because of Hollywood reaction or artistic exclusivity. Very good films are also made in the Far Eastern cinema. Vampire movies are Hollywood’s specialty, but Thirst created something else. ”
