The short story of A Mother’s Guilt, written by Özlem Atasoy and Yeşim Aslan, is as follows; Suna is a beautiful woman in her 40s. There is a small fishing shop on the Göksu beach. She lives in a slum with her children. She entered a house cooperative. Her biggest support in life is her elder son Yusuf. Yusuf, in his early twenties, is someone who puts his family above everything else, is successful in his lessons, and understands the situation despite all poverty. His mother taught him and brought him to the last year of university. Good days are near in Suna’s mind. When the house is finished, and Yusuf graduates and the lawyer leaves, everything will be fine. But while Suna runs into these beautiful dreams she has dreamed of, she is unaware of the trip that fate will put on her …

SUNA DUMAN (ÖZGE ÖZBERK)
Suna is a beautiful woman. She has a small fisherman’s shop on Göksu beach and lives with his children in a slum in a garden. Increasing from tooth to nail, on the one hand, she had her children educated, and on the other hand, she entered the home cooperative so that they could have a house, albeit small, where they could put their heads. With great hope for her children, she awaits the cooperative for their future home.
SADRİ GÜNGÖR (MUSA UZUNLAR)
Owner of Yağmur İnşaat. Throughout his business life from nothing to wealth, he has achieved everything he has achieved by scraping his nails. He is well-intentioned and hardworking. He is affectionately attached to his family. The money of the cooperative that the company organizes has melted, and his company is on the brink of bankruptcy. She is a self-confident, honest and beautiful girl. Yağmur, the only child in the family, has a very special relationship with her father. That’s why her father’s death affects her the most. İBRAHİM KOMİSER (PAMİR PEKİN)
He is the commissioner in charge of the police in the neighborhood where Suna lives. He is a handsome, intelligent, mature, charismatic man. His life was broken when his wife, who was a police officer, was killed in a traffic accident during a mission. He devoted himself to his work and his two young children. Ibrahim has a pure love for Suna. He waits for the right moment to open up his feelings to him.
ZEHRA DUMAN (MİNA DERMAN)
Zehra is Suna’s daughter who goes to high school. Although she loves her family very much, her eyes are on more gaudy lives. Filiz, daughter of their neighbor Bekir, is her best friend. She dreams of following celebrities and being like them with Filiz.
