After one year after his effective performance in Kuzey Yıldızı, the actor returned to the sets with the TV series titled İyilik (Goodness), this time bringing the character of Murat and a lying father to the audience. Hatice Şendil, Sera Kutlubey and Perihan Savaş are among the actor’s co-stars.

This is how I look at things while evaluating and accepting them. I look at the character’s own inner conflict. That’s too much, and there’s even more of a conflict than necessary. Because a man from a middle-class family who suddenly became a CEO is not an easy thing to remove. It’s fun to play this one.”
İsmail Demirci thinks that the audience will not like the character of Murat, whom he plays in the series. The actor said, “He is not someone to love, but he also has sides to love. I hope he becomes a character we can love as much as I can hope for.”
