The ratings in the Darmaduman series are disastrous, but the awareness of social responsibility is great!

Series Turkish

Two episodes of the Darmaduman series, which just started on Thursday evenings, were broadcast on Fox TV. The ratings for both episodes were well below expectations. Presented with a great promotional campaign and talked about with the presence of a strong cast, Darmaduman did not reach the level of audience interest that met this expectation.

It was a very welcome step in the name of social responsibility when it emerged that scholarship support would be provided to 25 students who had similar situations in connection with the story in the TV series Darmaduman, which entered the screens in a problematic way with this aspect.

The university students received significant support from the Darmaduman TV series starring Mert Yazıcıoğlu, Hafsanur Sancaktutan, Aytaç Şaşmaz and Aslıhan Malbora. Just like Kerem (Mert Yazıcıoğlu) and Ece (Aslıhan Malbora) in the TV series, 25 students from Anatolia who came to Istanbul for education were given a one-year scholarship through the Turkish Education Foundation’s “Don’t Let It Be Halfway” project.

The project, announced on the official Instagram page of the series, will continue in the coming weeks. The following message about the project was shared on the directory’s page:

“As the Darmaduman team, we are proud to announce that we have provided a one-year scholarship to 25 students, such as Kerem and Ece, who came to Istanbul from Anatolia for education, through the Turkish Education Foundation’s ‘Don’t Stop It Halfway’ project.”
