Engin Günaydın is enjoying the pleasure of meeting his audience on stage with his 20-year-old dream, Hücreler (Cells), which is the beginning of his writing adventure.
“Hücreler”, written by Engin Günaydın, tells the story of what goes on inside the body of Nejat, who is devastated by the pain of love after being cheated on by his wife.
Günaydın, who signed the direction together with Doğu Yaşar Akal and played Professor Yağ in the play produced by BKM, is extremely happy that his 20-year-old dream, which made him uneasy as long as it was on the shelf, came true.
Making a statement for Milliyet Sanat magazine, the actor said that he is very happy with his situation and has no plans to return to television series where there is a busy working environment.
It seems like his fans will not be very happy with Engin Günaydın’s thoughts about the TV series.
The successful actor, who does not want to return to the world of TV series that is day and night, described his life between Foça and Istanbul with the following words:
“I am someone who gets away from myself while working and makes an effort to do that project. Then I have to immediately go back to my own world, my own shell. If I don’t do this I might go crazy. For me, Foça is my own world, my own shell. I already have my family there, I am not alone. I eat my meals at my family’s house and spend time there. I have my own house, my friends come. This is my own world. I dream there, I write my articles there. “Afterwards, I take my backpack and come to Istanbul for the operation, do it and come back.”
