The digital platform Disney Plus, which started broadcasting in Turkey on June 14, arouses curiosity with its new projects after signing agreements with many famous names. Attracting attention with its first project, Kaçış (Escape), Disney Plus is counting the days to release its second domestic series, Dünyayla Benim Aramda (Between the World and Me)! The date, which has been eagerly awaited for a while, has not been announced yet, but the words of Demet Özdemir, one of the leading actresses, gave the good news that they will meet with the audience soon.
The Escape series, in which Disney Plus publishes a new episode every week, has almost become the face of the platform’s Turkey screen. The series, starring Engin Akyürek and İrem Helvacıoğlu, is followed with excitement. The series, which was shot in Gaziantep last year, also carries the title of being the first original Turkish series of Disney Plus. At the same time, Escape, for which Engin Akyürek wrote his story, is on the agenda as a successful project.
Another special project for Disney Plus is the series Dünyayla Benim Aramda, which is the second domestic production. Demet Özdemir, Buğra Gülsoy and Hafsanur Sancaktutan take the lead roles in the series, which will also act as the brand ambassador of Disney Plus as the second series shot in Turkey.

Demet Özdemir, one of the leading roles in the series, said that although she could not give a date for her new series, she said: “There is very little time left. I can’t give an exact date. But it was a really enjoyable process. I can say that it is very little left.”
After Özdemir’s statement, the trailer began to be eagerly awaited. And on Thursday, July 28, the trailer was released with the phrase ‘coming soon’. Although the date is not yet known, the trailer from the movie excited the fans of Demet Özdemir in particular.

Demet Özdemir could not make any statement due to the confidentiality agreement while the shooting of the series continued. However, she spoke very assertively about the series and said, “Dünyayla Benim Aramda, I really think it will be a genre that has not been made in Turkey until now! Not exactly romantic comedy, not exactly drama, not exactly intrigue! They will see me as they have never seen me, they will watch. It has already been a great experience for me.”
