The Asi series, which stormed the screens when it was broadcast, brought together today’s star actors Tuba Büyüküstün and Murat Yıldırım in the lead roles. The series is coming back to the screens 15 years after its release.

The Kozcuoğlu family has been living on their land in Hatay for generations. The owner of the farm, İhsan Kozcuoğlu (Çetin Tekindor) and his daughter, Asi (Tuba Büyüküstün), dedicate their lives to keeping their farms afloat. Their lives change when Demir Doğan comes to the city as a successful businessman. Demir’s mother, Emine (Elif Sümbül Sert) and her aunt Süheyla (Tülay Günal) worked at Kozcuoğlu farm years ago and Emine committed suicide by jumping into the Asi (Orontes) river. Demir’s interest and relationships with Asi will be tested with new challenges in each episode, with his aunt and sister Melek (Elif Sönmez) included in the story.
