Üç Kız Kardeş (The Three Sisters) series, which is broadcast on Kanal D screen on Tuesday evenings, started in February and finished the first season very successfully in June. After the summer break, the impressive story of the series, which started the second season with September, shakes the audience. The story of the series belongs to İclal Aydın. Although many people think that it was written based on a true story, the Üç Kız Kardeş series is actually a product of İclal Aydın’s imagination.
İclal Aydın, who appeared with the character of Nesrin in the popular TV series of Kanal D, Üç Kız Kardeş, played a driving role in the success of the series with her contributions to the fluent language of expression. İclal Aydın, who once again demonstrated her talents in both writing and acting with the Üç Kız Kardeş project, explained how the very curious story came about with the following words:
“While I was sitting in the garden of one of my close girlfriends (Müjde) in the summer of 2016, I said Müjde, I designed a TV series. When she says, ‘Tell me,’ I tell my story too, she listens eagerly and with great interest… She said, ‘This is not bad, continue’. I sat down and wrote it down, then told it to a television executive. While explaining to the television executive, after the questions and reactions she asked, I said, ‘I don’t want to deal with the world of television, I will make a book’.
With these words, İclal Aydın stated that the story of the series belongs to him and was not inspired by a real event.
Ali Eyüboğlu, one of the writers of Milliyet newspaper, published his interview with İclal Aydın on his youtube channel. According to İclal Aydın, the Üç Kız Kardeş series was both a surprise and a hope for Turkey. The actress reminded that the series gave a test of existence in the first season.
İclal Aydın said, “We are in the exam of existence this year, it is the most difficult of the exams. This is the test of being able to bring continuity of success and sharing success. Hopefully, we will get the right result for its,” she said.
