Lip To Heart (Dudaktan Kalbe) is a Turkish TV series adapted from the novel of the same name by the author Reşat Nuri Güntekin, produced by Ay Yapım, directed by Andaç Haznedaroğlu and co-written by Ece Yörenç and Melek Gençoğlu. The series was broadcast on Show TV between 2007-2009.

OVERALL IMPRESSION:
The series of Lip To Heart, which left its mark on the screens in 2007-2009, was among the unforgettable Turkish TV series. Lamia’s great love for Kenan and Cemil’s love for Lamia connected the audience to the screens. Replays of the series broadcast on Kanaltürk were also watched with interest.
STORY:
The childhood of the famous musician Hüseyin Kenan Gün passed in difficulties with his uncle Saib Paşazade, who was an influential man. Saib Bey has never forgiven Melek Hanım, his sister, who married without her consent. When her husband, who was convicted of theft, died in prison, Melek Hanım stayed in the middle with her son Kenan and daughter Afife and took refuge with her brother. Even though Saib seemed to have embraced them out of necessity, he turned their lives into dungeons by constantly hitting the face of his sister’s mistake and putting them on their heads that he was in great favor by hosting them. Kenan, who was constantly despised, pushed, and even accused of theft by his uncle, met Şem-i Dede, who lived like a dervish far from people, and when he listened to him, he became interested in music and realized that he was talented in this regard.
His uncle strongly objected to his musical education and insisted that he study engineering after high school. He loved his high school friend Leyla very much, but Leyla is the daughter of a wealthy family. Kenan, on the other hand, is a poor young man who grew up like a shelter next to his uncle. Kenan had to reject the young girl because she did not consider himself worthy of her, and a year later learned that Saib Bey’s son Cemil was engaged. Kenan has suffered a lot and has become withdrawn. He believes that his whole life will be spent in poverty and failure. This unfinished love will open wounds that do not heal in his soul, and he will lose faith in love.
While completing his engineering education, he never cut his relationship with music, and when he finished his school, he started working as a music teacher instead of doing his profession. He decides to go to Europe with the recommendation of a friend and improve his music education. Meanwhile, her sister Afife got married. Melek Hanım sends her son to Europe by selling a small shop with the last remaining property. Years later, Hüseyin Kenan’s return to the home where he grew up would be magnificent. He is now a famous musician whose songs do not fall out of language. His uncle, who played as the mayor, is now proud of him, taking a share of his reputation, unable to put Kenan down. Leyla, who is now in an unhappy marriage with her Uncle’s Son Cemil, regrets. Cemil does not know this love story from the past. He is jealous of his success.
Kenan has also changed a lot, benefiting from all the blessings of being famous. It responds to the interest of Nimet Hanım, a married woman from her neighbors. Nimet takes Lamia with her while going to meet with Kenan in order not to attract attention. Lamia is an orphaned young girl who grew up with her distant relatives. Hüseyin Kenan is a fan. He awaits the completion of the military service of the young man, to whom his relatives are engaged, without even asking his consent. All the work of the house is on your shoulders. Even though Nimet Hanım knows the reason for carrying her with her, sometimes it is good for Lamia to get away from work and this house, which she is not liked very much, but this situation starts to hurt Lamia over time. Lamia has fallen in love with Kenan.

BABY PLAYER OF LIP TO HEART IS NOW A YOUNG GIRL
Leylifer Kızgınyürek, who played the character “Melek”, the daughter of Kenan (Burak Hakkı) and Lamia (Aslı Tandoğan) in the series from the Lip To Heart, and who was just a baby when the series was aired, is now a young girl. Kızgınyürek, whose family lives in İzmir and is studying preparatory school in high school, studies English and Spanish.
