Because of my motherhood adventure, my preference was not that way. I feel that the “Maraşlı” drama is important for my career. It makes me very happy to be on the screen again in this period when I love and feel most productive. I was doing theater and it was more than enough for me, but due to the pandemic it is not enough anymore. We are currently unable to perform our art. Another aspect of our business is the screen. He reached a certain age on the island and I decided to put some energy on the screen. Among the jobs I have read, the one I feel most comfortable with is that of “Maraşlı”.
Dream of the Future: She doesn’t dream of appearing in the international arena. “I have no such dreams; I am a person who knows how to be happy in his own world and where he is. Of course, who wouldn’t want to work with Tarantino, but that’s not what I want to say as my dream. I am very impressed by Yilmaz Erdoğan’s authorship. My dream is to play a character he wrote someday. Apart from that, I am very impressed by Berkun Oya, I would love to play something he says “I created this, I manage this, play this”. How has being a mother changed her life? She sees motherhood as a companion. “Ada writes her own story, I just try to be the mountain she rests on. I try to teach her to make her choice in life not from grief, but from joy. Fortunately for now, I think we did not go too bad, even though it is too early to say. Motherhood actually didn’t seem like a break for me. Before I was my child, I did not have a long career adventure. Three years after I graduated from the conservatory, I got pregnant. I feel much more vigorous, energetic and open now, and it was precious for me to have my child turned three before that. The period when I started to work hardest coincided with the period when Ada started school. Being a mother at a young age is of great value because I will be friends with my child and I will not need to take a break anymore. ” Ada was born as an interesting child. Everyone seems to have their own child, but I am saying it regardless of that. Ada is my copy with Uraz. Children who were born with different characters of their own, I saw this. She has a book called ‘Hikayemi Ben Seçtim’ in which she tells the stories of 13 different women. “I’ve known so many women in my life; my moms were three sisters, i grew up with them. I tried to hold onto the story of every woman I met. Then they all gathered in my saddlebag and my own women emerged. It’s all fiction, but I think it’s all true. I dream of every woman who reads choosing a story for herself. We set out with Küsurat Publishing House, which is very important for me. Büşra and Burak Aksak are my old friends and the first people who encouraged me to write. I also like this companionship. “
Does she follow the fashion? She stopped following the fashion when she realized that a piece she had bought on someone else admiringly did not look the way he wanted. “I can’t say I have a fixed style, but I generally prioritize comfort. I wear everything I like in the mirror without getting too attached to common patterns. While I am expected to highlight my lines, I prefer to wear shabby. I am very open to criticism. Because I can guess the age and reasons of those who write bad things and I can empathize. But after the divorce, when the stories about Ada started to come into play, I lost a setting there. When you are so open to people, you cannot say anything to the criticism on social media. At that time, I said I should share less about Ada and stopped giving advice about motherhood. ”
