Famous actress Meryem Uzerli came to Istanbul to promote her jewelry brand. The actress, who has been on the agenda for a while with her new series project Ru, will soon be on the set and participate in the shooting. Meryem Uzeril, who stated that she will go to this region for the shootings in the Urla district of Izmir, is in a new excitement.
With the Ru project, in which she will play a woman who opens a restaurant in Urla by following her dreams, after five years, the famous actress will be in front of her fans with a series of projects. Meryem Uzerli, who last starred in the TV series Eşkıya Dünyaya Hükümdar Olmaz (The Bandits) in 2017, said the following about her new project:
“It is beautiful, I am very excited, I am happy. A very different female character. We will shoot eight episodes. Hopefully we will have a good time in the summer.”
Stating that the shooting could take up to 4 months and she had never been to Urla before, Meryem Uzerli said, “I was very happy when I researched Urla. Because it’s an incredibly special place. Guys, we’re all going to go there, ”she said.
Stating that people she knows say, “If you see Urla, you will not want to go there again,” the actress expressed that she is very curious about this region.
Meryem Uzerli said that if she says something about her character in the Ru series that she can’t give information about, the producer might get angry with her. It was revealed that Mert Yazıcıoğlu had left the last series of Ru, which was meticulously prepared by Medyapım. Another famous name in the series, in which Şevval Sam will also be in the cast, will be Zafer Algöz.
In the 8-episode Ru series, you will watch Meryem Uzerli as a female character named Reyan who is in love with a young man.
Stating that she has been to the Cannes Film Festival for 7 years and states that she has friends and connections, Meryem Uzerli lives in Germany in normal times with her two children.
