The series, which was broadcast on Fox TV, had a large fan base, its ending upset everyone. However, Mucize Doktor continues his adventure abroad and breaks the viewership record.
Mucize Doktor, shot by MF Production, was adapted from the South Korean TV series Good Doctor. The series was very popular thanks to the successful acting of Taner Ölmez, who plays the leading role and plays an autistic doctor trying to do his job.
Mucize Doktor began broadcasting on the digital platform HBO Max, which started broadcasting in Latin America after the USA. The series quickly became the channel’s most watched production. Mucize Doktor attracts a lot of attention, especially from Latin American countries.
TV critic Sina Koloğlu shared on his Instagram account that the series broke the rating record in Chile. Last February, the channel on which “Mucize Doktor” was broadcast in Chile made it the first of the month. Chilevision channel became the first channel of the month with a rating of 6.8 percent in February.
On the day of its publication, “Mucize Doktor” (published as Milenga) became the prime-time winner in February with an average of 11.8 percent. It was emphasized that the rating received by Mucize Doktor is of great importance under this success of the channel.
Mucize Doktor, whose screenplay was written by Pınar Bulut and Onur Koralp, made its finale after two seasons and 64 episodes. It was announced that the reason behind the final decision was that Taner Ölmez was very tired and wanted to end the series.
Mucize Doktor, starring names such as Onur Tuna, Hazal Türesan, Sinem Ünsal, Hayal Köseoğlu and Reha Özcan, as well as Taner Ölmez, said goodbye to the screens with its 64th episode published in May.
