İlker Kaleli, who will take the leading role in the serial version of the movie called La Passion Turca directed by Vicente Aranda in 1984, has started his preparations. The actor announced that he was in Madrid, the capital of Spain, for 5 weeks for the series and that they started preliminary work with his co-stars.

Explaining that he had a good five weeks in Spain, the actor admitted that he had difficulties and said:

“It went very well and no lie, it was hard. After all, there was such a thing as playing a leading role in a language you did not know. I like such different jobs. I haven’t been doing anything for a long time. I also wanted to do something different. That’s why I don’t know how to play in a language I don’t know. It was not an easy thing. The first week I went has already started, lessons and studies. We got into a very intense work tempo. Morning and evening, inside and out, I became Spanish.”
