Kanal D’s new series Üç Kız Kardeş came to the screen with its first episode last Tuesday evening. Veda Yurtserver managed to stay in the minds of the audience from the very first episode with her priority character and effective performance in the series with an impressive story.
In Veda Yurtsever’s Üç Kız Kardeş series, she plays the character of Rüçhan, who was ostracized by her own family, turned a blind eye to her husband’s betrayals, and found the remedy to be ruthless in order to survive and be successful.
In the first episode, we watched the scenes where Rüçhan finds out about her son’s relationship with a woman whom she believes is not suitable for them, and gets her married to Türkan, where she finds the solution herself. However, Rüçhan was enraged because of Türkan’s naivety and the fact that she could not bring her son to the right from the first day of her marriage. Come home and ask, “Where is your husband?” Rüçhan, who asked for an account, did not get the answer she wanted, first she destroyed the house, and then she battered Türkan. In the end, Türkan couldn’t stand what she went through and collapsed to the ground.
In fact, this angry woman, played by Veda Yurtserver, is not the first female character. Previously, the master actress appeared with similar characters in the TV series Babil and Alev Alev. They think they were made for such characters, which is evident in their gestures, style and performance, which the producers have stuck with.
She appeared as the wife of Süleyman, played by Mesut Akusta, in the Babil TV series, the first episode of which was published in January 2021, starring Halil Ergenç, Ozan Güven, Birce Akalay, Aslı Enver and Mesut Akusta. Kudret, who did not want to leave her husband to her mistress İlay, attracted attention with her angry attitude many times throughout the series.
The first moment when she went into a fit of anger was the scene where Süleyman came home after slapping Hakan, played by her son Selahattin Paşalı, in the office. Kudret, who has three daughters and a son, pointed to Süleyman as the reason why their daughter was not with them, and wanted her son not to slip away because of her.
She participated in the 8th episode of the Alev Alev series, which was broadcast in the 2020-2021 season. She acted as the lady character, the owner of the shopkeeper’s restaurant, where the character of Cemre, played by Demet Evgar, works. She appeared before the audience with a fit of anger in the scene where she tried to shoot Reşat, who was released from prison in the final episode of the series.
Hanım, who had been waiting for the day she would kill Reşat for years, gave up on this thought, albeit by force, when Cemre came and reminded her of her mission in life.
The actions of Rüçhan character, played by Veda Yurtsever, angered the audience from the first episode. What kind of path will Türkan take in the new episode, after the first episode that ended with a war of nerves, tension, harsh scenes and tears? We’ll watch and see.
