The Hakim (Judge) series, which ATV brought to the screen with great claims five weeks ago, was a complete disappointment. The rating of the series, whose fifth episode was screened on Monday evening, was still on the ground. It seems that changing the director of the series didn’t help either.
Hakim, who came to the screen with its first episode four weeks ago with very powerful names such as Erdal Beşikçioğlu, Uğur Yücel, Ebru Özkan, Yurdaer Okur and Hasibe Eren, made a very mediocre entry in the ratings. In this process, despite its very ambitious story, it could not raise its ratings.
About a week ago, it was learned that the director of the series had changed. Accordingly, former director Süleyman Mert Özdemir left the series. He was replaced by Erkan Tunç. However, it seems that this big change also failed to increase Hakim’s ratings.
Hakim got very bad ratings in his fifth episode again. Ranking 13th in all viewers with its score in both bands, Hakim’s series ranked 7th in AB and ninth in ABC1. This situation completely destroyed all hopes for the Hakim series.
As the season approaches the end, Hakim is expected to make the final. Because it is very difficult to see the second season with these rating points. The most important reason why the series got such bad ratings is shown as the slow progression of the story.
The Hakim series, adapted by ATV from the TV series Your Honor, which made a great impression at the time it was broadcast in the USA, was very strong with both its cast and story. However, the series that the channel brought to the screen by making big promotions was a real disappointment. The series could not make the desired output in the ratings.
