Pelin Akil is one of the female leads of the TV series Ben Bu Cihana Sığmazam (I Can’t fit in this World), which aired on ATV on Tuesday evenings. Partnering with Oktay Kaynarca, the actor had previously appeared on the screen as a partner with Kaynarca in the series Eşkıya Dünyaya Hükümdar Olmaz (The Bandits).
Pelin Akil got into an intense pace throughout the season and got very tired on the set of the TV series “Ben Bu Cihana Sığmazam”. The actress also came to the fore as one of the most hardworking female actors of this season with her stage preparations for the Broadway musical Istanbul and her intense performance on the stage.
Ben Bu Cihana Sığmazam series remained on the screen for 34 episodes and the first season was completed. After the summer break, the team will come together again and face the camera for the second season of the series.
Pelin Akil, who takes part in the story with the character of Firuze, does not want to take part in any project during the summer period due to this tiredness. However, the actress still left the door open for the summer period and stated that if there was a project that appealed to her, she could go back to the camera.
Pelin Akil said: “I do not have a project right now, I am focused on vacation, I want to spend time with my children. I had both a musical and a serial rush. Now, I think to spare time for ourselves and the children. Of course, if a good project comes along, if there is a project that I want to read and see myself in, I will do it.”
The couple of Pelin Akil and Anıl Altan, who took part in the commercial shoots together, also stated that if there are projects that will excite them, they can take part in the projects together.
The famous couple had previously acted together in the TV series Çember.
Anıl Altan mentioned that he has recently received a motion picture proposal and said that if there is a project they would like to see themselves in, they can go in front of the camera again.
Mentioning that they also wrote stories together, the couple Anıl Altan and Pelin Akil stated that the important thing here would be the energy inside them.
Pelin Akil said, “I personally need a vacation,” adding that she prioritizes rest rather than working for the summer period.
