Successful TV series have been appearing on TRT1 screens one after another lately. One of these productions was the Kasaba Doktoru (Town Doctor), whose second season continues. The Kasaba Doktoru, starring Ozan Akbaba, Hazal Subaşı, Deniz Can Aktaş and Vildan Atasever, was an acclaimed production.

Although the ratings of the series were very good for a while, the desired success could not be achieved in recent months. With the story starting to have difficulties, the final decision came from TRT1. The Kasaba Doktoru series will complete its screen life with its 32nd episode, which will be broadcast on Wednesday, January 18th. Barbaros Hayreddin, a very ambitious historical TV series on TRT1, was also very disappointing.

Unfortunately, the historical TV series project, which enabled Tolgahan Sayışman to return to television series after 2 years, unfortunately did not meet the expectations. The subject of telling the story of Barbaros Hayreddin Pasha, which has been studied meticulously for two years, has turned into a story of failure for TRT1.

Engin Altan Düzyatan and Ulaş Tuna Astepe’s goal of making a big debut with the Barbaroslar Akdeniz’in Kılıcı series last season did not materialize either. In terms of telling the story of Barbaros Hayreddin Pasha, TRT1 created a new story order and a new cast of actors this season.

The fact that Tolgahan Sayışman also took the lead role did not affect the big break of the series. While it is expected to impress millions with its story, the TV series named Barbaros Hayreddin Sultanın Fermanı unfortunately gets very low ratings.

The series, whose 4th episode aired on Friday evening, had such low ratings that it should be noted on behalf of TRT1 that this project did not receive enough support from the audience.

Let’s point out that Barbaros Hayreddin’s TV series was 26th in all people on Friday, 13 January, 18th in the AB group and 21st in ABC1.
