Bülent İnal, who played the leading role in the Payitaht Abdulhamid series, met with his co-stars in his youtube chat. The actor explained that the most exciting period for him was when he first started a project.
Bülent İnal said, “If I liked a project very much, his character … Working with him for a while, thinking about it, going on a journey with him, the most exciting part for me was the first time.”
Explaining that this excitement diminishes after creating a character, Bülent İnal explained that his projects that he started with great pleasure were disturbed afterwards.
Bülent İnal said, “Even though I start some projects with great pleasure, because of the scenes that fall very repetitively, scenarios that fall very repetitively … When the character starts to skid in the same place, I am very bored.”
Explaining that he felt this feeling more intensely in the period when he had less experience in the sector, Bülent İnal stated that this began to reflect on his game.
“You start playing badly after a while,” said Bülent İnal, making an important confession.
Underlining that this is boring when he connects the role to automatic, the actor said that in a character like Sultan Abdülhamid, he really plays every part with pleasure and love.
“Such series and such characters are much more special for me. Each episode continues with the same excitement and the same pleasure. But in some of them, unfortunately, we are connecting to the automation,” said Bülent İnal.
In projects based on cliches, Bülent İnal stated that he was not excited while reading the script, but only because he loved the character, and that he would go to the set with pleasure as long as he was excited in the script for 4 or 6 years like Payitaht Abdülhamid.
