TRT 1 continues its period series. One of the projects of the channel, which will sign many period series in the new season, is the aşkın Yolculuğu. Work continues for the series, which will tell the life of Turkish mystic and poet Hacı Bayram Veli.
A new actor has joined the cast of the series Aşkın Yolculuğu, shot by Tekden Film for TRT 1. Latif Koru, who finally gave life to the character of Salvador in the TV series Kuruluş Osman, will take a role in the series Aşkın Yolculuğu in the new season. Latif Koru will portray the character of Yıldırım Bayezid in the series.
It was announced that Burak Sevinç, who played the character of Avcı Fethi in the TV series Söz, and Derda Yasir Yenal, who gave life to Yasin in the same series, participated in the series, whose preparations were ongoing. The series also stars Sena Çakır, Fırat Kopkorur, Sinan Albayrak, Kemal Başar and Hüseyin Soysalan.
The series, which is planned to be shot in 26 episodes, is directed by Kamil Aydın and written by İsa Yıldız.
Who is Hacı Bayram Veli?
Turkish mystic and poet Hacı Bayram Veli is the disciple of Sheikh Hamid, one of the students of Hoca Alaaddin Erdebili, one of the elders of the Safavid Order, and the founder of the Bayramiyye Order. Haci Bayram Veli, who grew up in Anatolia in the 14th and 15th centuries, wrote his works in Turkish, like other followers of Haci Bektas-i Veli, and significantly influenced the usage of Turkish in Anatolia. The tomb of Hacı Bayram Veli is located next to Hacı Bayram Camii in Ankara.
