Family: Her father is from Eskişehir Seyitgazi. She moved from Istanbul to Bursa İnegöl with her family at the age of 5 because of her father’s job, she has a brother. Her father Turgut Gürbüz, who lived in İnegöl, passed away. “I was born in Istanbul. I lived in Istanbul until the age of five, then we went to İnegöl for my father’s business. I lived there for years. I am a worker child, my mother was a housewife. My parents also supported me a lot in acting. I have never encountered a snag. I have a family that I am always thankful for. ”

Childhood years: She spent a beautiful childhood in nature in Bursa İnegöl. Her ability to imitate was good as a child. “My dream was to become a State Theater actor. But at the conservatory, in the third year, I gave up because that system didn’t suit me. I realized that I couldn’t play a game for three years. İnegöl is a small town. It was an even smaller place when we went 22 years ago. I can say that I grew up in the forest. Therefore, I had a very pleasant childhood. After Istanbul, the adaptation process to İnegöl was a bit troublesome, but I grew up in much more free and comfortable conditions than children living in Istanbul. I was not interested in theater at all in my high school years, but I was very active. I was painting and reading poetry. Then my life continued in Konya Selçuk University, not in a big city. I’m from vocational high school. Even though I wanted the theater very much in high school, I did not dare. Two years later, I took the talent exams and won the Selçuk University State Conservatory Theater Department, I graduated first. There was no different from İnegöl. Selçuk University’s conservatory comes from Bozkurt Kuruç school, we had very good teachers. ”

Education life: She studied at Müşerref Muzaffer Samda Primary School in İnegöl District of Bursa. After studying Computer Accounting at Vocational High School, she graduated from Konya Selçuk University Conservatory Theater Department with first place.

The turning point of her life: A traffic accident she had during her university years changed the course of her life. “I didn’t think of acting in dramas either. I had a traffic accident in my senior year. Both my perspective on life changed and I evaluated television because my mobility that should have been available for theater at that time was restricted. And I loved this acting style too. Inside the car, I was thrown forward from the back seat. A minibus entered the car from the side. I lived bedridden for five months. During the period of disability, people’s perspective on life also changes. I could not find the strength and motion required for the theater. The body because it cannot be as comfortable as it used to be. Flexibility cannot be provided. I broke my collarbone. In such a period, a series of opportunities came before me. I took that opportunity and played in a drama. Then I loved it. ”

First step into acting: She started her television adventure with the character “Seda”, which he played in the Büyük Buluşma (Big Meeting) series in 2004.

With which project did she shine? She was recognized by a wide audience with the character of “Cazibe Abbasova”, which he portrayed in the “Yahşi Cazibe” series.

Personality traits: Sympathetic, natural, knows what she wants, determined. “I was neither popular in high school nor did I have a girl group. I am neither fond of brand bags nor do I organize the people around me. I am a woman who says, “It doesn’t matter, I’m warning”, to annoy all my friends. ”

Mindset: She does not mind the perception of beauty imposed on women on the screen. “Nobody has to be 90-60-90. The fact that a person has a problem with his body indicates that he has a problem with everything in life. But unfortunately, there are certain visual patterns in acting in our country and in the world. I got a job, they put scales in front of me every day during the 15-day rehearsal period. If there was a problem with the costume, the producer would call the manager and say ‘Aslıhan gained weight’. Or I heard words such as “Should we do that nose like this”, “Should you go in the solarium”. I said, “Then go work with smaller size (body size), this is the size I have.” Looking at the screen, everyone is like Scandinavians, but they are not on the street. The reason this is shown so is that we are made to believe that one must be perfect in order to serve the consumer world. Yet aren’t we playing the people in life? There is someone like me, and the weak one. One must remain as happy as he is. I believe this process will be broken! ”

First motion picture: Alper Mestçi / Kanal-İ-Zasyon

View of life: While living with popularity, she actually tries to lead a much more normal life. “I try to understand my soul, the universe and the society and to be one with them, and to do this as a good person, not as a popular actor. I am not one of those who live for acting, I sell lemons as well. Don’t get me wrong, I know I’m doing this job well and I like getting positive reactions, but my job is not at the center of my life.

Her view of business life: She does not believe in reaching the top in her profession. There is a point of view that “I exist today, not tomorrow”. “I don’t believe in the ‘top’ point. I’m in today, after two years my knee won’t hurt, nobody remembers me. Popular culture is like writing on water. The audience is watching, I disappear when he gets up and goes to the kitchen for a drink. This is something like that. These are not my troubles in life and the reason for my existence. I do not have an attitude like “Those who are not graduated from the conservatory should not be able to act.” Talent is very important. Of course, the education taken in the conservatory has a huge advantage, especially discipline, but if the actor embraces the character he portrays, is disciplined and of course, if he has talent, this is definitely reflected in the audience. The concept of beauty in this profession is relative with its advantage or disadvantage.

Career plan: The projects she has been involved in until now have always been the work she enjoyed. From now on she wants to take part in the projects that she will work in with pleasure.

Concerns: She is concerned about unscrupulousness, consumption frenzy, and pretentiousness in society. “Sometimes it feels like our artery is torn. I feel that common values are weakening and we are moving away from the bond of love. We have become a society based on consumption. Social media dominate a demonstrative energy that spreads to other parts of life. We consume everything. We take a picture of what we consume and share it. We constantly buy, we do not produce anything. We pose with the book, we don’t read it. He always loves to show himself and what he has done. As such, everything becomes hollow. If we made people like this, we became unscrupulous. A false sensitivity has been developed under the name of “community sensitivity”. But it’s hollow! For example, you do not have respect for women within yourself, but everywhere you say “Woman is too sacred”, I find this insincere. ”

Favorite writer / poet? Turgut Uyar is her favorite poet. “I am quite in love with him, I have three of the Büyük Saat book, one stands in the car, one is always given as gifts to loved ones, I keep fortune telling with Turgut. Let’s say I’m hurt or fall in love or I’m unhappy so I don’t have any fixed emotion, every time I blow I turn a random page and listen to him, I haven’t read a poem that is against the situation, you know? When talking to my loved ones or talking on the phone, I always ask, say a number between 17 and 717, I will instill these horoscopes with everyone. I think if he lived in the same period, I would follow him all the time but make him fall in love with me by making it feel like it was a coincidence, and if not, if he chose Tomris again, I would be the woman who wrote the darkest and most ridiculous poems of the period. ”

What does she spend money on? She stopped shopping a long time ago. “I think some people don’t have it because I have more. I spend every summer in two shorts, a dress, and a pair of flip-flops. The whole winter I came to the set with four outfits, nobody said ‘You always come with the same outfit’. I am one of those who wear to cover up. ”
