Family: Born in Istanbul, originally from Ordu on his father’s side. His family supported his acting decision. “I guess my best advice to date has come from my father. We talk a lot and exchange ideas. He has been telling me ‘the right one’ since my high school life. Everyone says no matter what, be the truth. That’s probably the best advice I’ve gotten. I always try to be honest and truthful. I used to play football and I compared being on the field to being on stage. You don’t need to look good, people who are interested in sports look a little different from other people because they are self-confident and have an extra bracelet on their hand. That’s why my family wasn’t surprised at my decision to act, they even welcomed it as something they’ve been waiting for.”
Childhood years: He has been playing chess since his childhood and is also a national chess player. “I started playing chess in the first grade of primary school. The chess teacher entered the class and randomly selected four people, I was one of the chosen ones. I play occasionally… I used to like Magnus Carslen very much at the time. I hear he is doing very well. As a child, they always said that being a chess player would be beneficial in the future. Not when I was a kid, but when I grew up, I saw that it helps a lot in some situations. Calculating the next move always pays off… I played licensed football both at home and abroad for 8 years.
Education life: Graduated from Yıldız College. He is studying at the Department of Sociology at Istanbul University and speaks English and German. He takes his acting training from Durul Bazan.
The turning point of his life: He attracted attention by being selected first in the ‘Best Model of Turkey’ held in 2016, and then in the ‘Best Model of the World Contest’. “I took my first step to be in front of the screen with competition. I definitely entered the competition with the aim of acting. I started taking acting training during the preparation process. I always believed that the competition would bring me luck in terms of acting. The people around me were very supportive and insistent about my participation in the competition. They thought that I was suitable there and I wanted to go on this way. I can say that I was partially ready in terms of physics because I did sports. When I supported this with energy and the training I received, I stepped on the screen. Acting has always been among my goals in this adventure. I said, ‘I want to do this job!’ and that’s how I started. Of course, the work does not end only with the competition; It is necessary to know how to play in front of the camera and to express oneself better by training. I was always conscious of the fact that I had to progress by working hard, by putting a lot of effort, by not saying ‘I’m done, it’s okay’, and by improving myself. There were production companies that we talked to after the competition, and I was included in the ‘Kalk Gidelim’ series at the end of a year.”
The first step into acting: He started his television adventure with the character of ‘Canberk Dal’, which he portrayed in the TV series ‘Kalk Gidelim’ in 2018.
Which project did he shine with? He attracted attention with his character “Enes” in the TV series “Vuslat”.
Personality traits: He believes in the importance of empathy. “I can say that I am a difficult person. But of course, I know how to brake where I’m wrong. I try to solve problems with empathy. If I am wrong, I will admit it, if we cannot accept it, it is highly likely that this mistake will make you unhappy first and then the people around you, so the most logical thing is to accept the mistake and not to do it again, and I expect the same thing from the other person. The most precious thing in life for me; family ties and friendships. I can define myself as someone who has ideals that really pursue their goals, but who does not expect these ideals like a pear in my mouth, but strives for it. Just as I approached every subject seriously in my life, my perspective on the acting profession has always been this way. ‘Make an effort, work and make up for your shortcomings!’”

Social: He tries to make friends with people who improve himself. “I establish friendships with people who are beneficial to themselves first and then to those around them, who guide me in the right direction. I want people who try to move themselves forward, regardless of their field or effort, to be in my life and to raise me with their positive emotions. Mindset: “Actually, I’m not the type to look back and regret what they’ve done. Ever since I was a child, I had the same ideas and ideals. Therefore, I have never had a bad internal reckoning with myself, both in my social life and in my professional life. I am very satisfied and happy with the situation I am in.”
His view of love: “Love for me is a feeling of trust and mutual support between couples. Because you live life together. Relationships in which couples progress by supporting each other seem much more solid to me. First of all, because I’m just at the beginning of the road, my priority is work, not love.”
Source of happiness: He is happy with the attention of his fans. “I dedicate almost an hour of my day to social media, fan posts and comments. I’m on good terms with them, and I admire their unrequited love in the same way. They are everywhere, in every comment, and that makes me very happy. I can say that they have definitely been very supportive during the training process, they did not leave me alone for a moment.”
His outlook on life: His outlook on life has changed since he started acting. “I started looking at things differently. I can say that it has added the aspect of analyzing what I can actually take from daily life and what I can add to my profession. Acting is a vast field with no borders, I am new to this path. I try to move forward as much as possible by thinking about what I can add to myself the next day. I try to do these as much as I can by taking lessons, watching, analyzing and reading.”
Perspective on business life: He thinks that acting is a profession that requires discipline and he attaches importance to discipline on his own behalf. “I never go to the stage without studying and memorizing, I would like to have thought of everything beforehand and try to analyze the stage if I have time and opportunity. I always feel like I have to keep my inner energy high, I believe that energy is a very important phenomenon, and of course, I like to exchange ideas with those around me while making my name. I watch myself a lot and of course we go into evaluations. My acting coaches and my manager are helpful, my biggest critic is without a doubt my manager. I recommend those who want to become actors to watch and read a lot. But not for fun, but for learning. To get the educational parts by opening the perceptions. Although I am at the very beginning of the road, let the experiences I have gained always be one step ahead of the previous day in one direction. I can always say that reading, watching and following are the golden keys.”
Career plan: He wants to play a psychopathic character in the future. “I would love to play a psycho or a cold-blooded type like Berlin in La casa de papel. So I can throw a curve as the character.”
Future Dream: In the future, he wants to be an actor who has received all the training and equipment of the acting profession, developed himself and is accepted by everyone. “In the next steps, it is among my plans to prove myself abroad and to be a successful person in this profession.”
Attractiveness criteria in women: Intelligent and talented women attract attention. “Especially intelligence; I think it is much more effective than beauty and images. I can say that these criteria are the most defining features for me.”
Who he admires: “I’m a fan of James Dean. I admire and love to watch Haluk Bilginer, one of the Turkish actors.”
How he maintains his form: He does sports and pays attention to his nutrition. “Sport is absolutely very important. I recommend exercising at least 3 days a week and of course lots of walking and jogging. I consume plenty of green tea and oatmeal. Peanut butter is my go-to for sweet cravings. We break the diet, but…”
How is he with social media: Active on Instagram. “Today, the most important thing people pay attention to is sincerity. Especially the unrequited love of the fans is one of the things that makes me the happiest. I believe that after giving your energy, emotion and sincerity to the other party, anything can happen. It’s all about energy, sincerity. I try to read fan messages whenever I get the chance from set times. But since I don’t have the opportunity to answer all of them, I try not to forget the fan pages in my posts. Sometimes messages containing declarations of love or marriage proposals may come, but I don’t think they are serious. There are people who find out about the gym I play at and send them gifts, this is actually one of the most surprising situations I’ve experienced.”
What does he do at home? When he is free, he spends his days doing sports and watching TV series and movies. He tries to spend at least an hour reading, sometimes scribbling something.
Hobbies: Riding horses, playing chess and taking drum lessons.
