Family: She grew up with her grandparents as her parents were working. “I’ve never been the kid who complained about growing up with grandparents. I always thought, ‘I have one more mom and dad, and I’m luckier than other kids’, not because they’re looking at me. My family has made me feel so loved that I have become someone who loves everything that breathes in my life. The turning point of her life: Acting was not something she dreamed of, she decided to become an actress when she decided to study theater as a hobby, and the series “Şahsiyet” changed the course of his life. “I started acting with the TV series ‘Şahsiyet’, I gave life to a character who didn’t speak there. My first audition shoot was for the ‘Şahsiyet TV series’. She had been alone. “I entered the project that I had my first audition. I was so excited that I thought it never happened. I think that new excitement worked for me. Actually, when I’m not excited, I sense a strangeness now. ‘Şahsiyet’ was an interesting experience and I was very curious about the path of the character. Our beloved director did not deliberately tell me why I did not speak and when I would speak during the work. On the set, I was always excited, ‘Will I be wearing a microphone today?’ Playing a quiet person in my first project taught me to say what I was going to say with my eyes, without using words. There is no need to talk all the time.”
The first step into acting: She started her television adventure in 2018 with the character of “Süveyda”, which she portrayed in the TV series “Şahsiyet”.
What project did she shine with? She attracted attention with the character of “Defne” she played in the TV series “Benim Adım Melek”.
Her view of love: “My problem is loving too much. My friends, my pet, my mother, my grandfather, my favorite pen… I also love it when I’m in love and I don’t hesitate to show it. My loved ones should be afraid of me, ‘Can a person be loved this much?'”

Her outlook on business: She doesn’t think acting is unbearable, but she complains about the length of the series. “I just see a problem that, due to the long duration of the TV series in Turkey, the backstage and in front of the camera crew may have complaints about their hard work. The thing that gives me the most strength to endure such long working hours is the unrequited love and smiles of people on the street.”
How does it keep her shape? She does sports, she always did sports during the pandemic. “Even if I miss my out-of-town shoots, I always go to the gym when I come to Istanbul. I like to throw my energy this way, especially when our social life has stopped during the pandemic. I am very good with extreme sports, I am fearless and skilled in this field. I like things that excite me.”
How is she with social media? She thinks that social media is a very effective communication tool today. “Even though I can’t get back to everyone who reaches out to me, I take into account the messages that catch my eye and provide communication. I check my messages as much as I can.”
Does she follow fashion? She likes over sized looks. She prefers comfortable, stylish pieces instead. “I don’t like to wear clothes that are too tight or that I have to check all the time. I can’t see myself at a party with a tummy tucked in a corset and high heels, sullen with pain, under the sentence ‘It’s not easy to be stylish’. Comfort is as important to me as elegance.”
