The broadcast date of the Viola Come Il Mare series in Italy, starring Can Yaman, has been announced. The first series of the actor, who has been continuing his career in Italy for more than a year, will meet with the audience on September 14 on Canale 5, one of the biggest channels in Italy.
The countdown has begun for Viola Come Il Mare, the shooting of which was completed last summer. The channel announced in its first statement that the series will be broadcast in April. In a second statement made later, it was stated that the broadcast date of the series was postponed to September.
In the statement made by the channel, it was stated that Viola Come Il Mare will be the first series of the season. The character played by Can Yaman, who plays a half-Italian half-Turkish policeman named ‘Francesco Demir’ in the series, was described as follows: “Francesco Demir is a charming and seductive man, he has great research skills, but he has no faith in the human race. He is an intuitive yet impulsive and unruly character at work.”
Along with this text, the first images of the character played by Can Yaman in the series were also shared.
Can Yaman shares the lead role with Francesca Chillemi in the series. Filming of the series took place in Rome and Palermo last September. This series of Can Yaman, who has a huge fan base in Italy, is eagerly awaited in the country.
