In our country, 1 out of every 5 students at the basic education level was affected by the earthquake disaster on February 6* (according to the statistics of the Ministry of Education), hundreds of thousands of students faced the risk of not being able to continue their education.
The “Continue Education” campaign was launched in cooperation with FOX and the Turkish Education Foundation so that students affected by the disaster can continue their education.
Within the scope of the social responsibility project, where popular actress Demet Özdemir is the face of the campaign, a special scholarship fund was created for students affected by the disaster to continue their education.
DEMET ÖZDEMİR BECAME THE FACE OF THE CAMPAIGN
Demet Özdemir, a successful actress of the screens and known for her helpful personality, became the face of the “Continue Education” project.
Özdemir, who appeared in front of the camera to promote the campaign, said about the project for which she voluntarily supported, “We experienced a huge disaster and our nation showed how conscientious it is. I believe we can do it again and again. Any help you provide is especially important for our future and our children’s education. “Healing wounds is easier together,” she said.
Posters of the campaign launched to prevent the education of disaster-affected students at the basic education level from being interrupted have been published.
In the published posters and in the social responsibility project promotional film that will start to be published very soon, Demet Özdemir invites the audience to support the TEV Education Continuation Scholarship Fund so that the dreams, hopes and education of the students in the disaster area are not interrupted.
